Why listen others?

You know yourself better than anyone else, yet you crumble at the words of someone who hasn’t lived a second of your life.

So many times in our life, we listen to others even when our heart says something else and we decide to do things the way other people tells us to do. This is the reason of misery and unhappiness.

Even when the people who really care for you say something to you, you need to be alert and analyse if that will be good for you because no matter how much that person cares for you and no matter how well he knows you, he can never know you better than yourself and he can never live your life for even a second. So maybe his decisions or his suggestions are good for himself but it may not be good for you because everyone is unique and every situation is different.

FOCUS ON ONLY YOUR VOICE. IT’S THE ONLY ONE THAT MATTERS

Morning Motivation

A person should treat everyone (person on the same level as he is, person on a level up and most importantly a person on a level below than him) with same integrity and respect. It shows the real character of a person.

The great Muhammad Ali once said, ” I don’t see the character of a person by the way he treats me, i see his character by the way he treats the person lower than him”.

Everyone deserves respect, no matter how rich we are, how much we have achieved in life, we don’t have any authority to disrespect someone and make fun of them.

So, be humble, be respectful, be nice to everyone and in return you will automatically get the respect and love from everyone.

Good Morning

Mistakes = Experience

We have always heard that experience matters everywhere. Whether you go for a job, start a company or even in life, experience matters a lot. Often we have seen someone giving life advice saying that he has a lot of experience and that’s why he knows these situations better than anyone else.

But do you gain experience? How you become experienced in something? Is it just the number of years you spend studying about something? Is a person who is older guaranteed to have more experience than a younger one?

Let me tell you how-

MISTAKES!!!

Mistakes are what helps us gain experience. When we make a mistake, we learn new things and this helps us gain experience which further leads to success.

I once asked someone on a very high post-

Me- How did you do this?

He- By making good decisions

Me- How do you make good decisions?

He- From experience

Me- How do you gain experience?

He- By making bad decisions

So don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Your mistakes are just the pearls you are gathering in your backpack you just don’t realise the value of. But these pearls are the ones which will make you rich someday. So keep collecting them😊

Comparison

Comparison is a good thing and a bad thing as well. Comparison is what motivates a person to become better and better every day. It is what helps us to push our limits and scale new heights.

But it is also the cause of our misery and unhappiness. Comparison is what makes you think that you are not good enough, you are not efficient enough and you are not ENOUGH.

Comparison is what lets us think that we are not worthy enough. You see is there is only one millionaire in the town and others are poor, the millionaire would be very happy of his wealth because he is comparing it to others near him. Now, if all others near him are multi millionaires or billionaires, he would feel himself as poor and will become unhappy. Why? Just because he is comparing his level of success with others. This is where we go wrong.

Comparison is not a bad thing but it should not overtake yourself from you. It should act as a motivating force and not as a reason of your dissatisfaction and misery. You need to take care of that.

Thanks😊

Looking at the World

We see the world the way we want it to, not the way it actually is.

This is the only reason of our anxiety, disappointment, anger, hatred and feelings of failures. This gives birth to expectations and when things does not happen according to our expectations, we feel defeated.
